It establishes advanced data analysis and predictive modeling frameworks, sets strategic direction for data governance and data security, employs predictive analytics to forecast utility trends and incidents in coordination with incident management, and leverages quantitative analysis to enhance customer engagement and experience. The Senior Manager manages data integration and maintenance in the data lake, ensures data quality and integrity through defined validation and verification processes, produces BI reports, supports MIS statements and functional reporting, and oversees reporting and performance optimization for power distribution and district cooling networks including recommending capital projects. The role provides historical monthly water consumption data for the water distribution short-term and long-term forecasting model, manages comprehensive waste data integration and report generation, oversees metering system interactions with MRS and Marafiq including review of reports on metering system components, documentation of identified issues, record maintenance, and ensures accuracy and completeness of received data. The position also follows functional policies, standard operating procedures, and international best practices while applying safety, quality and environmental management policies to ensure legislative compliance, high-quality service delivery, responsible environmental attitude, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and continuous enhancement of data collection and analysis processes.
