The Senior Project Engineer – Power supports the Project Manager in delivering Project Management activities for construction of power projects, with responsibility to prepare and review engineering drawings, technical documents, and BOQs; coordinate with engineering, contractors, site personnel and other stakeholders; manage and oversee all technical and engineering aspects of EHV Substation, EHV GIS Substation, Overhead Transmission Line and other electrical projects; review project designs, drawings, BOQs and specifications to ensure they meet client requirements and technical specifications; coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution; monitor construction progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary; assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; maintain project documentation including reports, logs, and as-built drawings; ensure adherence to project timelines and support in risk mitigation; and liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, PMP certificate as a plus, and 10–12 years of relevant PMC experience in construction of EHV GIS Substation and Overhead Transmission Line projects in the Oil & Gas field, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
