Job description
The MEA Solution Area Lead & CSA Director – ABS Work Force is a strategic people-manager role based at MEA Area HQ (Dubai) responsible for leading the ABS solution across MEA all-up and directly managing the CSA workforce across Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and MCC. The director shapes technical strategy and delivery priorities, drives technical excellence, and ensures customer success by representing CSA capabilities in Area-wide forums and contributing to CSU planning and governance. Core competencies include deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI business solutions, and customer success motions; strategic planning and execution; data-driven decision-making; cross-functional collaboration; and change management/transformation leadership. The role aligns CSA activities to MEA CSU scorecard priorities (including Copilot and Copilot chat), oversees execution of milestones and CSA engagement in delivery planning, partners with CSAMs to remove technical blockers and accelerate usage through CSA-led engagements, monitors pipeline health and execution metrics to ensure durable, scalable outcomes, and advocates for CSA workforce needs in Area HQ planning. The director implements CSA skilling plans and role immersion programs, fosters a culture of technical intensity and continuous learning through structured development paths, ensures CSA coverage for strategic workloads, and collaborates with STU and CSAMs for seamless handovers and milestone ownership. Familiarity with MEA CSU delivery models and Factory engagement processes, plus technical depth in AI, cloud, and MW technologies, is emphasized, alongside stakeholder engagement and regional strategy evolution responsibilities.

- Represent CSA capabilities in Area-wide forums and contribute to CSU planning and governance
- Lead and coach ABS CSAs in Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and MCC to drive technical excellence and delivery impact
- Ensure CSA coverage for strategic workloads including Copilot and Copilot chat
