Job description
The Vulnerability Management ā Security role at Accenture Security is designed for a cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in identifying, analyzing, and remediating vulnerabilities across enterprise systems and applications. As part of the Security Transformation team, this position leads vulnerability assessments, manages remediation workflows, and strengthens the organizationās security posture through proactive governance and collaboration. The ideal candidate is a Saudi national with hands-on technical experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex risk information effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders. This hybrid role combines leadership, technical depth, and strategic security management within a world-class consulting environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute vulnerability assessments across enterprise infrastructure, applications, and networks.
- Use industry-leading tools such as Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7 to perform regular vulnerability scans.
- Analyze and validate scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities, and coordinate with system owners for remediation.
- Develop and maintain vulnerability management policies, standards, and procedures.
- Establish and maintain a real-time vulnerability management dashboard and executive-level reporting framework.
- Collaborate with SOC and incident response teams to integrate vulnerability findings with threat intelligence data.
- Ensure compliance with internal security standards and external frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NCA ECC.
- Continuously assess emerging vulnerabilities, threats, and exploit trends to enhance organizational resilience.
- Drive awareness and training initiatives to embed vulnerability management best practices across teams.
- Provide consultative guidance to technical and business stakeholders on risk mitigation and remediation strategies.
Experience & skills
- Saudi national with fluency in both Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 yearsā experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 focused on vulnerability management.
- Proficiency in vulnerability management tools (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7).
- Solid understanding of CVSS scoring, patch management, and secure configuration principles.
- Familiarity with SIEM systems and threat intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Bachelorās degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NCA ECC, and other relevant compliance standards.
