Job description
The Field Marketing Lead UAE is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering targeted industry marketing programs, campaigns, and activities across the United Arab Emirates while ensuring achievement of defined marketing KPIs. The role requires collaboration with sales teams to identify key industries and top accounts and to develop tailored marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and drive growth. The position involves creating personalised marketing programs for high-value accounts, implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and driving engagement across UAE and the wider Middle East region. The Field Marketing Lead works closely with Middle East, EMEA, and Global marketing teams, as well as sales leadership and stakeholders, to align campaign execution with business goals. Responsibilities include planning and executing industry events, delivering measurable marketing-driven pipeline (MDP) and marketing matured ACV (MMA), managing budgets and resources effectively, reporting on campaign performance, and providing insights based on marketing analytics. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, campaign planning, stakeholder management, and execution of targeted industry marketing initiatives that support sales growth and business expansion.

- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key industries, top accounts, and strategic opportunities across the UAE, aligning marketing initiatives with sales priorities, business goals, and regional growth strategies while ensuring targeted engagement and measurable outcomes.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industry-specific marketing events, campaigns, and programs designed to engage target audiences, generate qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales pipeline development across the Middle East region.
- Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies for high-value and strategic accounts, creating personalized marketing programs that strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and drive business growth across target industries.
- Work closely with Middle East, EMEA, and Global marketing teams, sales leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance objectives across regions and business units.
- Deliver defined marketing KPIs including Marketing Driven Pipeline (MDP) and Marketing Matured ACV (MMA), tracking campaign performance, optimizing strategies, and articulating marketing impact on business outcomes.
- Manage marketing budgets, resources, and campaign investments effectively to maximize return on investment and ensure optimal allocation of resources to high-impact programs and initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver comprehensive performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Drive engagement with key industries and target accounts through tailored messaging, content development, and strategic marketing initiatives while ensuring alignment with company messaging, product positioning, and market trends.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in field marketing, industry marketing, or account-based marketing (ABM) roles with demonstrated experience delivering targeted marketing campaigns and programs.
- Proven experience collaborating with sales teams to identify key industries, target accounts, and business opportunities while aligning marketing initiatives with revenue growth objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement account-based marketing strategies, personalized marketing programs, and targeted engagement initiatives for high-value accounts.
- Experience planning and executing industry events, marketing campaigns, and lead generation initiatives while tracking marketing-driven pipeline and performance metrics.
- Strong experience managing marketing KPIs including Marketing Driven Pipeline (MDP) and Marketing Matured ACV (MMA), with ability to measure and communicate marketing impact on business goals.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, resources, and campaign planning while optimizing performance and maximizing return on investment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English with experience collaborating across regional and global teams and engaging stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, analyze performance metrics, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
