Job description
Tahaluf runs some of the biggest B2B events in Saudi Arabia, including LEAP and Cityscape, Black Hat MEA and CPHI Middle East, and this Project Manager role sits inside that events machine. Riyadh's Roshn Front office runs on a hybrid schedule, four days in the office and one day from home. You'll coordinate project management systems, procedures and processes to keep inter department timelines and deadlines on track. Risk assessments run continuously here, covering milestone alignment, resourcing and contingency planning for anything that might go wrong. Stakeholder management spans internal teams and external partners, including VIPs and senior stakeholders who need clear reporting throughout each event's lifecycle. Event delivery gets managed alongside the Special Projects team, Marketing Manager and Event Manager, with onsite staff directed to keep execution on schedule. Speaker management falls under the role too, from collating assets after confirmation through to final delivery of presentations live at the event. You're expected to bring experience with esports or live gaming events, defence and aviation events, or hackathons, CTF competitions and similar formats. Post event work closes the loop, tracking milestones, running evaluations and preparing final reports on achievements and lessons learned.
