The ServiceNow Consultant/Senior Consultant (ETP) at Deloitte in Riyadh is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role includes creating forms, workflows, and prototypes, coding and testing solutions, identifying system deficiencies, and recommending improvements. The consultant ensures compliance with Deloitte’s development standards, prioritizes multiple tasks, and develops applications for modern data capture. Core responsibilities involve developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, configuring the ServiceNow platform, and integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using SOAP and REST APIs. The consultant will perform requirements analysis, system design, and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle. Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow Out of the Box (OOB) features such as Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Actions, and Business Rules is required. The role requires at least 3–5 years of consulting or development experience, with 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow expertise. Proficiency with MySQL, enterprise IT architecture, and ITSM processes is also required. A ServiceNow Implementation certification is preferred.
