Job description
The Supply Chain & Operations Consultant – Strategy & Consulting is responsible for supporting strategic and transformational engagements across multiple industries within the UAE market. This role focuses on delivering supply chain and operations transformation programs for key clients, particularly in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Logistics, and Industrial sectors. The consultant works as part of cross-functional delivery teams to help organizations improve resilience, mitigate risk, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth. The role combines client-facing advisory responsibilities with business development support, requiring strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. This opportunity is open exclusively to Emirati Nationals in line with local Emiratization regulations.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Contribute as a core team member on client engagements focused on supply chain and operations transformation initiatives, including sourcing and procurement optimization, manufacturing operations improvement, operational excellence programs, smart services, and capital project performance enhancement
- Conduct detailed performance improvement analyses by evaluating client operating models, supply chain processes, cost structures, service levels, and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations
- Develop high-quality executive presentations and detailed deliverables that communicate strategic insights, transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and measurable value outcomes to senior client stakeholders
- Support business development activities by contributing to proposal creation, market research, client presentations, solution design, and opportunity qualification within the Supply Chain & Operations practice
- Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams, including strategy, technology, data and AI, and change management specialists, to deliver integrated, tech-enabled transformation solutions for clients
- Engage with client stakeholders to manage expectations, support implementation activities, track transformation milestones, and ensure successful delivery aligned with project scope, timeline, and quality standards
Experience & skills
- UAE National (Emirati) as required by local Emiratization regulations for this role
- Demonstrated experience or academic background in supply chain management, operations, sourcing and procurement, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related fields within a consulting or corporate environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to develop clear, compelling executive-level presentations and structured deliverables using data-driven insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively within diverse, cross-functional consulting teams
- Interest in business development activities, proposal preparation, and contributing to the growth of the Supply Chain & Operations practice within a fast-paced consulting environment
