Job description
Accenture is hiring a Strategy Consultant for its ATIOS (Accenture Trading, Investment and Optimization) team in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering strategy and consulting services for clients in capital and commodity markets. You will manage projects, lead client teams, and deliver actionable insights on strategy development, growth, investment optimization, and digital transformation. The position requires both client delivery and internal practice-building contributions, including developing offerings, assets, and thought leadership, as well as supporting business development activities.

Key responsibilities
- Manage project and client teams to solve complex business issues in one of the three core capability areas.
- Day-to-day management of projects or large workstreams with minimum supervision.
- Identify value creation opportunities for clients and drive projects to successful outcomes.
- Lead and conduct client interviews and workshops, develop presentation materials, and engage in client conversations.
- Work on topics including strategy development, go-to-market, investment optimization, growth strategy, operating model design, process design, and analytics development.
- Develop and sustain senior executive client relationships through thought leadership and innovative ideas.
- Develop and manage project teams, coaching and mentoring analysts and consultants.
- Contribute to developing the ATIOS and wider Accenture Strategy practice, building offerings, assets, and thought leadership.
- Support business development activities with research, proposal development, and market analysis.
- Develop and coach other Accenture strategists, contributing to performance management and training activities.
Experience & skills
- Undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution.
- 4–8 years professional experience in strategy consulting or industry roles related to capital and/or commodity markets.
- Knowledge of global markets, commodity trends, and/or equity markets.
- Exposure to industries such as energy, utilities, agriculture, metals & mining, capital markets, public equities, fixed income, or alternatives.
- Track record of project management and client-facing roles with team leadership experience.
- Familiarity with recognized strategy frameworks and techniques.
- Experience in research and data analysis.
- Good quantitative skills with Excel/VBA as a minimum; other modeling packages a plus.
- Experience in business case development, financial analysis, and understanding of financial statements.
- Experience in delivering complex strategy or consulting engagements.
- Exposure to digital, analytics, and/or applied intelligence preferred.
- Strong communication skills; Arabic speakers preferred.
