The Marketing & Communications Specialist within Emaar Hospitality Group in the United Arab Emirates is responsible for leading and executing all marketing efforts for the Individual Business Unit (IBU) as part of the organizationās broader business, marketing, and brand strategy. The role encompasses the development and implementation of fully integrated marketing strategies across offline and online channels, including digital marketing, public relations, social media, and brand activation initiatives. The primary objective is to maximize share of voice, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the business unit. The position ensures that all marketing activities are aligned with company and brand guidelines, policies, and processes while supporting overall commercial performance. The role requires managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and PR initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards while achieving cost efficiencies. The Marketing & Communications professional acts as a strategic thinker and strong communicator, responsible for coordinating cross-functional marketing activations and ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms. The role also involves project management responsibilities, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution while maintaining a strong focus on detail and creative direction. Performance is measured based on timely completion of projects, adherence to budgets, quality of output, and cost optimization outcomes. The position operates within a performance-driven and fast-paced hospitality and real estate marketing environment, requiring adaptability, resilience, and a customer-first mindset. It supports the broader Emaar Hospitality Group vision by ensuring impactful brand communication and delivering marketing strategies that reflect innovation, customer focus, and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies across offline, online, digital, PR, and social media channels for the business unit
- Execute marketing campaigns and brand activations in alignment with company and brand guidelines
- Manage public relations activities and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and ensure campaigns meet quality, cost, and efficiency objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies and brand activations effectively
- Optimize marketing spend and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and performance improvement
- Ensure creative design direction and campaign outputs align with brand standards and strategic goals
- Prepare and manage campaign reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in offline and online marketing, campaign management, and PR
- Experience managing fully integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Additional language skills considered an advantage
- Proven project management experience in marketing environments
- Strong attention to detail and creative design understanding
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver cost-efficient campaigns
- Strategic thinking and ability to execute multi-channel marketing strategies
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, or brand marketing environments preferred
