Job description
The Assistant Quality Manager β Learning and Development role at Madinat Jumeirah Resort supports the delivery, coordination, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality and learning initiatives across a large-scale luxury beachfront resort comprising four hotels, extensive dining venues, retail areas, leisure facilities, and event spaces. The role supports all internal and external quality audits including Forbes Travel Guide, LQA, and internal inspections by reviewing audit reports, monitoring Medallia guest feedback trends, tracking departmental action plans, and following up with departments to ensure timely closure of identified gaps. The role coordinates closely with Department Trainers to plan, deliver, and track On-Job Trainings, ensuring alignment with Forbes and LQA service standards, Jumeirah brand behaviours, and learning objectives. It maintains and updates learning and quality systems including Tahweel, Axonify, audit trackers, and Medallia dashboards, ensuring all training, audit, and quality activities are accurately logged and maintained. The role analyzes training outcomes, audit findings, and Medallia data to produce monthly insights that support operational improvement, service consistency, and quality enhancement across departments. It works collaboratively with Operations, Human Resources, Department Heads, and external training partners to support quality initiatives, learning sessions, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring adherence to Learning & Development SOPs, Quality SOPs, HSE requirements, grooming standards, and brand standards across the resort.

Key responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to Learning & Development SOPs, Quality SOPs, HSE requirements, grooming standards, and brand standards while driving continuous improvement across departments
Experience & skills
- Minimum 1β2 years of experience in Quality, Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a similar administrative or training coordination role
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and data management tools
- Fluency in English
