Job description
The Partner Development Manager role is responsible for leading long-range strategic vision and partner impact planning across segments while serving large and complex partners within Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on building, transforming, and scaling high-impact Microsoft partner practices by integrating skills, capability, and capacity plans aligned with Microsoft Services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation priorities. The role sells account vision to senior decision makers at highly sought-after partners, identifies market opportunities based on industry gaps and emerging trends, and leads business-design briefings advising partner leadership on building world-class Microsoft Services practices. The role drives go-to-market and co-selling strategies, orchestrates complex campaigns with internal Microsoft teams and partner marketing teams, and ensures partners invest in talent, incentives, and capabilities to drive sales and consumption. It involves advanced pipeline ownership, forecasting, deal orchestration, escalation management, compliance adherence, and executive-level relationship management while influencing long-term partnership horizons and cloud growth strategies.

- Lead business design briefings advising partners on building high-impact Microsoft Services practices
- Integrate skills, capability, and capacity plans for partner businesses
- Coach partners to transform strategies around cloud consumption and revenue targets
- Create and lead complex go-to-market and co-selling campaigns with partners and internal teams
- Develop and implement processes for orchestrating global and local GTM strategies
- Ensure partners invest in world-class sales and technical teams
- Drive partner growth, transformation, and digital selling capabilities
- Provide thought leadership on portfolio gaps, opportunities, and partner solution strategies
- Develop and execute strategic partner business plans aligned with Microsoft field goals
- Lead executive roundtables and briefings on Microsoft cloud and industry strategies
- Establish and maintain partner rhythm of business including QBRs and MBRs
- Resolve complex and urgent partner escalations and advocate internally on partner behalf
- Drive advanced sales pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft policies, procedures, and legal standards
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science, or related field
- Demonstrate strong experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development
- Demonstrate experience in cloud services, Microsoft solutions, and partner ecosystems
- Demonstrate ability to manage complex partners and executive-level relationships
- Demonstrate experience in go-to-market strategy, co-selling, and pipeline management
- Demonstrate ability to operate in a hybrid work model with travel requirements of 25–50%
