Job description
The Demand Generation Senior Specialist at Tamara will support the leading fintech platform in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region, focused on helping people achieve their goals through a customer-centric financial super-app serving millions of users across KSA, UAE, and Kuwait. The role focuses on unlocking and scaling new acquisition channels through experimentation, acquisition programs, and field-driven initiatives that generate high-quality inbound pipelines. The specialist collaborates cross-functionally with Content, CRM, Performance, and Commercial teams to design and execute scalable acquisition loops and repeatable demand engines. The role involves designing and scaling new acquisition engines, building acquisition programs including affiliate-style distribution, community-led demand, and referral-driven loops, and executing structured experiments across acquisition funnels and early conversion stages. Responsibilities include maintaining experimentation roadmaps using hypothesis, test, learn, scale frameworks, executing local activations, pop-ups, merchant collaboration campaigns, and creating webinars, community initiatives, and field-driven demand programs. The role includes building offline-to-online acquisition funnels using QR codes, events, and partner activations, monitoring channel performance, optimizing lead quality, improving funnel conversion rates, and collaborating with Commercial teams to identify high-potential segments and acquisition angles. The position requires experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or B2B Acquisition, with strong experimentation capabilities, analytics-driven decision making, and experience launching acquisition programs including referral, affiliate, community, field marketing, and growth initiatives. The role requires the ability to track, measure, and optimize channel performance, operate in ambiguity, build new channels from scratch, and manage execution in a fast-paced fintech environment. Tamara operates as Saudi Arabia’s first fintech unicorn backed by Sanabil Investments, SNB Capital, and Checkout.com, with headquarters in Riyadh and regional and global support offices, serving global brands such as SHEIN, Jarir, noon, Amazon, IKEA, eXtra, and Farfetch alongside SMB merchants.
