A substantial residential and retail portfolio sits behind this in-house Legal Director position with a leading Dubai-based real estate and asset management business. Leading a team of lawyers, you will act as the senior legal adviser across a broad commercial remit. C-suite stakeholders work closely with the legal function, so clear, practical advice at executive level is part of the day-to-day. Typical matters in a portfolio like this include leasing, property transactions, asset management arrangements and commercial contracts, along with disputes and regulatory questions under UAE law. Managing legal risk across the business and keeping governance sound are central to the brief. The position is on-site in Dubai and offers wide exposure across a major UAE organisation. Senior lawyers with strong UAE real estate and asset management experience are sought, ideally from a large corporate, developer or government-related organisation.
