Job description
The POS SRS Project Manager role at Alstom in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia focuses on the management and execution of sub-system-level railway projects within the broader transport and mobility domain. In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring successful execution of assigned POS and SRS sub-systems by managing Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) while maintaining alignment with overall project strategies and contractual commitments. The position involves close collaboration with engineering, procurement, supply chain, and quality teams, coordination of cross-functional and multi-site activities, and oversight of project deliverables from requirements capture through to project delivery. The role contributes directly to sustainable transport solutions and continuous project performance improvement within a multinational and multicultural business environment.

Key responsibilities
- Apply project strategies and ensure compliance with contractual and project commitments at sub-system level
- Lead and coordinate sub-system activities from requirements capture through project delivery
- Monitor and control sub-system scope, schedule, resources, costs, risks, and opportunities
- Manage Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) for the assigned sub-system
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, supply chain, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle
- Contribute to project-level improvement initiatives to secure or enhance overall project performance
Experience & skills
- Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Possess 10 years of experience managing operational scopes
- Demonstrate experience working in multinational environments and diverse business cultures
- Have knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
- Be capable of managing multi-functional and multi-site teams
- Hold or be willing to obtain IPMA Level D certification or equivalent
- Demonstrate knowledge of railway products and industrial activities
