Job description
UiPath is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on Logistics, Travel, and Transportation to work with the largest organizations across the United Arab Emirates, delivering enterprise automation solutions that transform business operations through robotic process automation. The role involves engaging daily with C-level executives, senior business leaders, and heads of process improvement and automation to deliver measurable business and individual value. The position is responsible for analyzing territory and market potential, developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue, and achieving agreed quarterly sales targets. The role requires evangelizing UiPath’s brand by presenting, promoting, and selling automation solutions using a value-selling approach, educating customers on financial and professional benefits, and building long-term enterprise relationships. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers, local partners, and global systems integrators to generate new opportunities and ensure successful implementations. Close collaboration with the Customer Success Management group is required to maximize customer value and resolve issues efficiently. The role includes monitoring industry competitors, new products, and market conditions, reporting customer needs and competitive intelligence to management, and proactively identifying opportunities through business-led discussions. The position requires strict compliance with UiPath’s internal policies and operates within a flexible working environment depending on business and role needs.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze territory and market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize enterprise revenue
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within defined quarterly schedules
- Present, promote, and sell UiPath automation solutions using a value-based selling approach
- Educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of automation software solutions
- Establish, develop, and maintain long-term business and customer relationships within the territory
- Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to drive new opportunities and implementations
- Partner with Customer Success Management to ensure customers receive maximum value and expedited issue resolution
- Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand and address customer needs
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activity, and new product opportunities
- Comply at all times with UiPath policies communicated through internal systems
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate the ability to grow and manage an enterprise client portfolio within complex organizations
- Exhibit capability to sell to financial buyers using value propositions and business cases rather than features
- Apply a research-driven and data-driven approach to account planning and opportunity identification
- Navigate multi-level client organizations and develop key stakeholder relationships across departments
- Provide insights into improving customer business operations through automation solutions
- Demonstrate fluency in both Arabic and English languages
