Job description
Large corporates, government entities and financial institutions across MENA make up the client base for this Relationship Manager in ADCB's International Corporate Banking team in Dubai. Open to UAE Nationals only and offered on a 3-year fixed-term contract, the role carries targets for new client acquisition and portfolio growth within the bank's risk appetite. New relationships start with financial analysis and accurate credit applications, followed by a smooth onboarding experience. Existing clients grow through new solutions, alternate channels and value added services that lift transaction volumes. Cross-selling reaches across corporate finance, project and structured finance, transaction services, debt markets, treasury and Islamic Banking. Regular reviews of client financial health, industries and markets point to lending opportunities, and client visits keep risk profiles current for approving authorities. Complaints are resolved within agreed turnaround times so relationships stay strong over the long term. Expect to bring at least 7 years managing corporate client relationships and portfolios in banking, ideally in MENA, with strong credit, deal structuring and balance sheet skills, and a CFA, MBA or FRM preferred.
