Job description
Kensho, part of S&P Global, is seeking an AI Product Specialist to define and execute strategies driving market expansion, revenue growth, and adoption of AI products. This role bridges sales engineering, AI strategy, and customer engagement by shaping Kenshoâs positioning, supporting business development, and ensuring alignment between AI innovations and commercial success. The role includes fostering industry partnerships, conducting market analysis, managing customer pipelines, and collaborating across teams to deliver value-driven AI solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical and business cases to engage decision makers on new AI products, features, and innovations
- Assess product readiness for market launch and provide improvements based on feedback and competitive analysis
- Provide strategic market feedback to guide positioning, product roadmap, and investment priorities
- Grow and manage a customer pipeline for AI-ready solutions including LRA and Groundings
- Facilitate design workshops with high-value clients requiring solution engineering
- Build alliances with S&P Global customers in collaboration with client and commercial teams
- Drive co-development partnerships ensuring products go to market with SME testing
- Conduct market analysis to identify new verticals, regions, and customer segments
- Deliver high-impact product demos and lead technical deep-dive sessions with partners and customers
- Represent Kensho at industry conferences and events for lead generation and thought leadership
- Develop market entry strategies for new geographies and customer segments
- Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling narratives, messaging, and value propositions
- Act as a bridge between customer needs and product/engineering teams translating insights into technical requirements
- Work closely with sales teams to provide market intelligence and competitive positioning
- Drive sales enablement to equip teams with resources for AI product communication
Experience & skills
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Sales Specialist, Solutions Architect, or Product Specialist
- Experience qualifying and selling B2B software, data, or technology products
- Bachelorâs degree preferred in a relevant field
- Expertise in AI, deep learning, and data-driven solutions
- Experience with content feeds, metadata, and document/data delivery types
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to conduct market analysis and provide actionable insights
- Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and customers
- Experience with globally distributed teams and international market engagement
- Passion for Artificial Intelligence and advanced AI systems
