In this role you will design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.x) applications at TAWANTECH, requiring strong technical skills in Oracle ERP, Oracle APEX, and Oracle OAF, along with advanced PL/SQL and integration knowledge. You will collaborate with functional teams, deliver high-quality solutions, and provide technical leadership within the ERP environment. You will develop and customize Oracle ERP components using Oracle APEX, Oracle OAF, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher, as well as Oracle Workflow Builder. You are responsible for creating and maintaining PL/SQL packages, functions, procedures, and APIs, along with reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and custom concurrent programs. Your responsibilities include providing technical support for key Oracle ERP modules across Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS/Payroll, troubleshooting system issues, and analyzing business requirements to design scalable solutions. You will support patching, cloning, and maintenance tasks during R12.2 online patching, and develop integrations using REST/SOAP web services and Oracle public APIs. You are responsible for conducting PL/SQL optimization and tuning, performing code reviews, and ensuring compliance with EBS development standards. You will prepare technical documents including MD050, MD070, TE020, and deployment guides. In this role you will work closely with functional consultants and technical teams, mentor junior developers, and participate actively in system design and architecture discussions.
