Job description
The International Marketing Manager at IFZA will be a key player in developing and executing global marketing strategies to expand the brand's footprint across targeted international regions. This full-time role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, account management, and event coordination. The position focuses on monitoring market trends and consumer behavior, adjusting campaigns based on sales trends, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The successful candidate will customize brand messaging for diverse demographics and social media platforms, work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party stakeholders, and extract actionable insights from extensive datasets. A minimum of 3 years of marketing management experience in international markets is required, with strong communication skills and multilingual abilities preferred. The role includes responsibilities in international communications and public relations, requiring experience in developing global communication strategies and understanding the global media landscape.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing Management in international markets
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in multiple languages preferred
- Proven ability to target correct audiences through social media analytics
- Exceptional analytical abilities to derive insights from data
- Team player with the ability to work under Marketing Director’s direction
- Experience in international communications or public relations is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
