Job description
Projects worth $7 to $15 million, or bid packages on larger schemes, are the scale this Al Khobar position works at with KBR. Daily operations of an individual project rest with you, carried out under general direction and in line with the company's established policies, procedures, systems and requirements. Both the technical and administrative sides of the project team look to you for day-to-day supervision. Early on, the focus is project setup and shaping the subcontracting strategy. Once work is moving, shop drawing review and processing, contract changes and subcontractor relations take up much of the week. Relationships with the owner, architect and engineer need daily attention, and all required owner and in-house reporting comes through this role. An undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline is typically expected, along with 8-12 years of experience. Experience running construction projects end to end, including contract administration and coordination with design teams, will serve you well.
