The Account Executive is responsible for developing and executing targeted service sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer value across assigned accounts. The role includes leading the adoption of new services, supporting service product launches, and implementing best practices with customer stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. The position requires building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities, and delivering business reporting to support decision-making. The Account Executive leads and publishes service responses for RFPs, bids, and new service opportunities to secure and expand business engagements. The role ensures customer support delivery aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and coordinates internal teams to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. The position requires experience in value-based ICT sales, managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, and handling direct and indirect sales across diverse accounts. The role requires understanding of Saudi public sector procurement processes and buying cycles, particularly within ministries such as Defence, Health, and Education. The position emphasizes advisory and consulting-based services sales within a multinational environment, focusing on complex opportunity management, cross-functional collaboration, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced technology services environment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies across multiple accounts to drive growth and customer value within Cisco Customer Experience Services portfolio
- Lead adoption of new services and support service launches in collaboration with customer stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while delivering accurate forecasting and business reporting
- Lead and publish responses for RFPs, bids, and service opportunities to secure new business and expand existing accounts
- Collaborate with Cisco channel partners and cross-functional teams to accelerate sales growth and improve customer success outcomes
- Ensure delivery of customer support in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and coordinate internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and service delivery engagements across assigned accounts
- Engage with public sector customers and stakeholders including ministries to deliver consulting and advisory-based service solutions
- Drive value-based ICT sales strategies across internet, communications, and technology service portfolios
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience in value-based sales within Internet, Communications, or Technology (ICT) sector environments
- Demonstrate experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and related service delivery projects
- Demonstrate history of direct and indirect sales across diverse enterprise or public sector accounts
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Saudi public sector procurement processes and buying cycles
- Demonstrate experience in service sales, consulting, or advisory solutions particularly within public sector organizations
- Demonstrate experience engaging with ministries such as Defence, Health, and Education in complex sales environments
- Demonstrate strong ability to manage RFPs, bids, and service proposals in competitive enterprise sales environments
