Job description
The Research Manager at Revolut will support the Growth team by providing actionable insights into consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand performance. This Dubai-based remote role involves designing and executing high-quality quantitative and qualitative research, managing brand tracking programs, and integrating research data into analytical workflows. The Research Manager will work closely with marketing managers, product teams, and data specialists to ensure research findings effectively influence campaign planning, product positioning, and overall market strategy. Responsibilities include survey creation, managing survey panels, ad hoc research requests, dashboard integration, and providing operational support to the Head of Research. The ideal candidate has experience in a high-growth or tech-driven environment, is familiar with brand tracking tools, and can translate complex data into impactful business insights. Proficiency with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Looker is highly desirable.
