Key responsibilities
- Analyse market data and build detailed financial models to support investment banking transactions including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and supporting materials for advisory engagements across corporate, institutional, and government clients
- Support transaction execution from initial pitch through to closing under the guidance of senior investment banking professionals
- Assist in developing innovative solutions to complex financial and strategic business challenges for clients across multiple industries
- Collaborate with senior bankers and teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored financial advisory solutions
- Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to develop technical, analytical, and investment banking skills

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills applicable to investment banking and financial analysis
