Job description
HungerStation, part of Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Product Operations Senior Specialist in Riyadh to support product, engineering, and operations teams in ensuring smooth execution and delivery of business value. The role involves managing vendor integrations, enabling POS API integrations, analyzing performance data, building dashboards, and continuously improving operational processes. The specialist will collaborate across logistics, sales, service, product, and commercial teams to drive key results, while also managing project plans, timelines, and budgets. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in a fast-paced e-commerce and food tech environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure product features are properly tested before go-live
- Build strong stakeholder management skills to effectively manage business requests
- Participate in product discovery and OKR planning
- Enable vendor go-live on platform after proper integrations
- Support POS API integrations with Engineering and vendor teams
- Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress and optimize outcomes
- Build dashboards and reports for better insights into ongoing projects
- Continuously assess and enhance operational processes for efficiency gains
- Manage program budgets, cost forecasting, and expense control
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on progress, KPIs, and results
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
- Collaborate with product, tech, logistics, commercial, and customer support teams to ensure successful execution
- Engage local and central stakeholders to resolve operational blockers
- Own and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives or improvements
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Divisionās strategic objectives and OKRs
- Measure and track OKRs and metrics, taking corrective action as necessary
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure consistent daily work
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
- Promote HungerStation values and uphold a high-performance culture
Experience & skills
- 4-5 years of operational experience in e-commerce or food/tech industry (preferably 2 years in a senior role)
- Deep problem-solving skills with strong hypothesis formulation ability
- Experience analyzing and validating API payloads, requests, and responses
- Experience building operational processes and defining improvements
- Project management expertise with focus on prioritization and deadlines
- Ability to build relationships, motivate peers, and manage upwards
- Strong product sense to understand ecosystem and collaborate with Product teams
- Strong data analytics experience
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio (advantage)
