Job description
The Product Innovation Specialist is responsible for analyzing the business needs of the corporate clients of the Treasury & Investments Department and supporting T&I management in creating and implementing new products. This involves identifying opportunities, conducting PnL analysis, handling policy and system requirements, and driving initiatives such as CASA, TMS coordination, QETF sales and marketing, and new deposit markets. The role ensures all innovations align with the organizationâs strategy and market trends.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze business needs of corporate clients and support product creation and implementation
- Drive the CASA initiative across various business stakeholders
- Coordinate TMS-related projects between Treasury subject matter experts and internal/external stakeholders
- Serve as the QETF coordinator, setting sales targets, monitoring progress, and developing marketing plans
- Work with Head of Treasury to establish a certificate of deposit (CD) program
- Support Head of Treasury Sales in analyzing and targeting new offshore deposit markets
- Identify, assess, and introduce promising innovation ideas aligned with the companyâs mission
- Analyze and improve existing practices to enhance performance
- Track customer responses to new initiatives and evaluate product/service success
- Monitor external R&D activities and integrate relevant findings into internal innovation strategy
- Adjust project pace or direction based on progress evaluations
- Ensure all innovation projects align with corporate mission, message, and branding
Experience & skills
- Experience in financial product development and innovation
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations and investment product structures
- Ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and departments
- Experience with CASA, TMS, ETF, and CD product development is a plus
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, especially in market trend monitoring
- Familiarity with financial planning, PnL analysis, and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent understanding of customer behavior and product feedback integration
- Project management experience in a treasury or financial services environment
