Job description
The Senior Analyst, Corporate Performance will analyze, develop, and evaluate ADNOC Gas O&Mâs business performance to support continuous improvement and long-term business sustainability. The role involves reviewing operational data, conducting gap analysis, interpreting corporate performance using balanced scorecards, and ensuring accurate reporting for shareholders and management. It also includes supporting performance management activities, KPI target setting, corporate reporting frameworks, and conducting audits aligned with corporate governance.

Key responsibilities
- Review and validate operational data for shareholdersâ performance reports and other data queries.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide interpretations of corporate and divisional performance data through balanced scorecard system.
- Identify and implement business action plans for performance gaps and follow up recommendations.
- Evaluate KPIs and participate in the corporate target-setting process.
- Prepare background documents for shareholdersâ meetings including PMC, BAC, and Board Meetings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on the Performance Management Contract (PMC).
- Contribute to CEO Highlights presentation for BAC/Board meetings.
- Prepare and participate in corporate performance audits in line with governance requirements.
- Track deployment and alignment of performance management activities company-wide.
- Contribute to corporate reporting standards and frameworks for accurate shareholder communication.
- Review and ensure data queries required by third parties (Ministry of Energy, ADSC, OPEC).
- Analyze performance data for periodic corporate reports to provide management updates.
- Enhance corporate MIS for efficient reporting and timely information availability.
- Conduct training/orientation for staff and new employees on Performance Management System (PMS).
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- 8 years of experience in performance management and corporate reporting within a large industrial organization.
- Experience in Oil and Gas industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and corporate governance.
- Ability to conduct gap analysis, KPI evaluation, and balanced scorecard assessments.
- Proficiency in corporate reporting frameworks and MIS enhancements.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior management and shareholders.
