Job description
The CEO Office at Inception42 is where the company's most important cross-functional priorities get framed, tracked and pushed to a decision. Reporting through the Chief of Staff, who sets your priorities and acts as your sponsor, you will work across Strategy, Finance, Growth, Product, Technology, Delivery and the enabling functions. Much of the work starts with an ambiguous business problem that needs framing, a set of hypotheses to test and a clear diagnosis of root causes. From there you build business cases, run financial and operational analyses and turn what you find into executive briefs and decision materials. Initiatives you lead are run with PMO discipline, covering integrated workplans, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, RAID, decision and action tracking, and benefit realisation. Leadership relies on you to keep a decision-ready view of CEO Office priorities, run governance and leadership reviews, and put recovery plans in place when work slips. Hands-on AI capability is essential, because part of the role involves redesigning manual processes and building prototypes with approved AI tools, automation, low-code platforms and AI-assisted development. It suits someone from strategy and operations, implementation-led consulting or a Chief of Staff office who can lead delivery without formal authority.
