Job description
The Assistant Manager β Corporate Credit Systems role supports the Portfolio Management and Credit Analysis Units (CAU) in delivering and managing corporate credit systems. This includes requirement elicitation, documentation, backlog management, testing, training, and stakeholder engagement for credit platforms such as nCino, eCollateral, and Finacle. The role ensures seamless integration, governance compliance, and delivery excellence while driving innovation and functional efficiency.

Key responsibilities
- Support Product Owner/Head of CAU in BRD review, functional specifications, backlog creation, and process/policy alignment
- Engage with IT teams and vendors for credit system delivery and ensure timely resolution of technology risks and production issues
- Conduct epic/feature prioritization workshops, usability testing, and end-user training
- Prepare functional process flow diagrams, test strategies, scenarios, and documentation for product backlog and user stories
- Maintain traceability of product backlog items through the product delivery lifecycle
- Lead functional and non-functional testing, manage test execution, and conduct production sanity checks prior to launch
- Collaborate with stakeholders for alignment across products and seamless integration
- Provide insights on industry trends and contribute to product innovation
- Ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements and governance standards
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree or higher in relevant field
- Minimum 7 yearsβ experience in regional banking with specialization in Corporate Credit Analysis
- Proficiency in credit systems such as nCino, eLimits, eCollateral, gCIF, SharePoint, Finacle
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical discussions for business stakeholders and vice versa
- Experience in requirement elicitation, functional specification, and product backlog management
- Hands-on experience in testing, training, and production issue resolution
- Knowledge of process documentation, audit compliance, and governance practices
