Job description
The Divisional Parts Manager role in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is responsible for driving parts market share and ensuring high parts availability, disciplined inventory governance, and sustainable profitability across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within a capital equipment and manufacturing environment. The role owns full accountability for the Parts divisional P&L, including financial performance, margin protection, working capital optimization, and overall profitability of parts operations. It involves designing and implementing the parts growth strategy, procurement logic, and inventory model to support service uptime and maximize aftermarket value across the installed equipment base. The position requires ensuring optimal availability of spare parts for both customers and internal service operations while balancing inventory levels, demand planning, and working capital efficiency. The Divisional Parts Manager leads procurement processes, ERP system standards, inventory planning frameworks, and supply chain governance to ensure efficient and cost-effective parts operations. The role also ensures strong billing discipline, accounts receivable compliance, and financial control while maintaining margin integrity across all parts transactions. In addition, the position is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, managing audit requirements, and closing identified findings to maintain operational and quality assurance excellence. The role operates in a senior management capacity within a structured industrial organization, ensuring alignment between parts operations, service functions, and broader commercial objectives across the installed base and aftermarket ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the divisional Parts P&L including profitability, margins, working capital, and financial performance
- Develop and implement parts growth strategies to increase market share and aftermarket penetration across installed base
- Design and lead procurement logic, ERP standards, and inventory planning frameworks for parts operations
- Ensure optimal parts availability for customers and internal service teams while balancing inventory and working capital
- Manage inventory governance, forecasting, optimization, and risk mitigation across parts supply chain operations
- Oversee billing processes, accounts receivable compliance, and margin protection across parts transactions
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and ensure timely closure of audit findings
- Coordinate parts operations with service teams to support uptime, aftermarket value creation, and operational efficiency
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 10+ years of experience in parts leadership within machinery or capital equipment industries
- Possess proven experience in P&L ownership and inventory governance within industrial or manufacturing environments
- Show strong expertise in ERP systems, procurement processes, and supply chain management
- Hold an engineering, supply chain, or business-related degree as a mandatory requirement
- Demonstrate experience in inventory planning, working capital management, and margin optimization
- Show knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance frameworks and audit processes
- Exhibit strong commercial and operational understanding of parts and aftermarket service ecosystems
- Demonstrate ability to manage procurement logic, forecasting, and inventory optimization strategies
- Show experience in billing discipline, AR compliance, and financial governance within parts operations
