Job description
The Senior Specialist - Operational Readiness role at Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is responsible for ensuring full operational preparedness for the launch and ongoing success of large-scale entertainment and destination development projects. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and optimize operational processes, systems, and standards to ensure seamless transition from project delivery to operational launch. It involves developing and implementing structured operational readiness plans, validating operational processes, procedures, and systems, and identifying gaps or risks in readiness while driving mitigation strategies. The role ensures effective collaboration with project teams for smooth asset and responsibility handover across facilities, logistics, workforce readiness, and customer service operations. It establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor readiness progress and operational quality. The position also involves facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance organizational readiness capability and awareness, communicating readiness progress and risks to senior management and stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational excellence. The role requires application of operational readiness frameworks and best practices, utilization of project management tools, and strong coordination in complex, fast-paced environments involving large-scale entertainment, hospitality, and real estate projects.

- Coordinate and lead operational readiness activities across multiple departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and project delivery requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans including validation of processes, procedures, systems, and operational standards.

- Communicate readiness status, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders through structured reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing operational excellence, efficiency, and readiness effectiveness.
