Job description
Winning and delivering complex gas power projects starts with a schedule that holds up, and this position builds the L1/L2 ITO and project schedules behind GE Vernova's global HDGT bids. Turnkey projects, both self-implemented and with partners, sit alongside EO and EEP scopes, each needing its own approach. Commercial teams rely on you to optimise schedules while managing key risks, and partner discussions on consortium and contract schedules often run through you. Payment milestones and partner cash flows are defined with tender finance and Commercial teams. During Risk and Gate reviews, scheduling discussions are yours to lead, and customer and EPC clarifications and negotiations need your support. Once a deal is won, the tender schedule is handed over to OTR regional and Pole teams, and the MTS is developed as the integrated EPC project control schedule. Scheduling templates by plant configuration, historical lead times and lessons learned are maintained so the next bid starts from better data. The position is remote, with Dubai among the listed locations, and NPI programmes also draw on your scheduling expertise. Strong EPC planning and scheduling experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project, ideally on gas combined cycle projects, is required.
