Job description
Agility's KSA operations run across a diverse global portfolio, and someone needs to sit at the center of it all, tracking every opportunity as it moves from government engagement to operational delivery. That someone is you, acting as the bridge between high level government relationships and the work required to make projects happen on the ground. A single source of truth for the pipeline sits at the heart of the job, built and maintained through the KSA Opportunity Tracker in Power BI or Excel. Status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for every regional project need constant tracking, and engagements with key KSA entities require the same discipline, with next actions documented so nothing slips. Leadership depends on the monthly updates and visual dashboards you prepare to turn complex data into decisions they can act on. Operating Companies get followed up with directly, and project timelines get enforced across the portfolio, with you as the primary point of accountability. Delays, resource bottlenecks, and strategic risks all need flagging before they affect delivery. Priorities can shift quickly here, driven by government mandates or new market opportunities, so continuity of project data and stakeholder relationships matters during any transition.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel
- Monitor the status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies of all regional projects
- Track engagements with key KSA government and business entities
- Document next actions from stakeholder engagements so no follow-up is missed
- Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights
- Coordinate with Operating Companies to confirm meeting actions and deadlines are met
- Enforce project timelines across the portfolio as the primary point of accountability
- Identify and flag delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks before they affect delivery
- Maintain continuity of project data and stakeholder relationships during priority shifts or team transitions
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus
- Carry a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, highly preferred
- Bring 6 to 8 years of project management experience, ideally within a conglomerate, consulting firm, or logistics/infrastructure sector
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the KSA business landscape and the Vision 2030 framework
- Show familiarity with the working styles of Saudi government ministries and international organizations
- Speak English and Arabic at a native or professional fluency level to navigate government documentation and internal reporting
- Apply advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and dashboard creation
- Exercise strategic thinking across multiple business units such as Logistics, Aviation, and Ventures while maintaining attention to detail
- Use strong influence and communication skills to hold senior leaders accountable for deadlines without direct reporting authority
- Adapt to a fast changing environment where priorities shift based on government mandates or market opportunities
