Job description
A Client Relationship Manager is required in Riyadh to oversee service delivery while representing the business in front of senior clients. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, managing delivery processes, and identifying opportunities for growth. Acting as both a delivery manager and client-facing partner, the CRM will coordinate tasks across teams, solve client challenges, and provide strategic solutions. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of customer success and project delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Oversee seamless service delivery, including task assignments, quality management, and meeting client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and senior clients for smooth project execution
- Address client challenges and propose effective solutions to maintain service standards
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, or expansion opportunities to drive client loyalty and business growth
- Coordinate with clients and negotiate service terms to ensure success
- Ensure alignment with customer outcomes and long-term satisfaction
Experience & skills
- 10–15 years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, or account management
- Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
- Experience in delivery client partner, client service delivery lead, or customer success roles is an advantage
