Job description
Lean is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy and sales enablement efforts for its product lines. The PMM will bridge the product and commercial teams, ensuring that product value propositions are communicated effectively and that commercial teams have the necessary tools and collateral to succeed. The role involves developing GTM strategies, sales materials, use case mapping, market research, and collaboration with product teams to shape product development based on customer and market insights.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for products
- Create key marketing collateral including sales decks, one-pagers, and demos
- Work closely with the commercial team to create tailored training materials and pitch decks
- Identify and map key use cases and value propositions across industries
- Own and update PMM collateral to ensure relevance, incorporating feedback
- Collaborate with the product team on validation, research, and testing for new products and features
- Conduct market analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research
- Ensure alignment of product messaging and positioning with sales, product, and customer success teams
Experience & skills
- Product Marketing experience within a B2B SaaS company
- Technical copywriting skills with experience in product specs and GTM materials
- Strong understanding of sales enablement and GTM collateral creation
- Experience with A/B testing and prototyping for marketing strategies
- Compelling storytelling and copywriting skills for technical and commercial content
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex product information
- Familiarity with martech tools such as CRM, analytics platforms, and automation tools
- Fintech or payments industry experience preferred
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Experience conducting user research, focus groups, and competitive analysis
