Job description
The Project Manager – Entrepreneurship & International Incubation Programs role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is responsible for leading and managing entrepreneurship initiatives with a strong focus on international incubation and acceleration programs. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing incubation projects in collaboration with global partners, startups, incubators, accelerators, mentors, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and measurable impact. The position manages end-to-end entrepreneurship and international incubation projects, oversees program timelines, budgets, and performance indicators, and supports startups throughout incubation and acceleration phases. Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources under structured Project Planning practices; assigning tasks and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders; monitoring budgets and resource allocation; identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies; ensuring stakeholder communication through regular updates, reports, and meetings; tracking milestones and ensuring timeline management; and performing quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. The role requires utilization of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Trello and methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to manage complex entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem initiatives in cross-cultural and international settings.

- Lead and manage end-to-end entrepreneurship and international incubation projects by planning, coordinating, and executing incubation and acceleration programs in collaboration with global partners, startups, incubators, accelerators, mentors, and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and measurable impact
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources through structured Project Planning and oversee program timelines, budgets, performance indicators, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders by assigning tasks, managing team performance, and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional and cross-cultural environments
- Monitor budgets and control project costs through effective budget management and resource allocation while ensuring optimal utilization of available resources
- Identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies to mitigate issues that may impact program timelines, quality standards, or performance indicators
- Track progress through timeline management practices by monitoring milestones and dependencies to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule
- Prepare progress reports, evaluations, and stakeholder communications, ensuring consistent stakeholder communication through regular updates, reports, and meetings
- Ensure quality assurance of all deliverables by verifying that outputs meet defined quality standards and business requirements and by utilizing project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Trello and methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall as needed
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate experience in managing entrepreneurship programs, incubation programs, or acceleration programs with hands-on responsibility for end-to-end project execution
- Exhibit strong understanding of startup ecosystem dynamics and international innovation environments, including collaboration with global partners, incubators, accelerators, mentors, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Apply advanced Project Management capabilities including Project Planning, scope definition, budget management, resource allocation, risk management, timeline management, and quality assurance
- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Trello and apply methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall to manage diverse and complex projects
- Manage performance indicators and oversee program timelines and budgets to ensure measurable impact and successful program delivery
- Prepare structured progress reports and evaluations and maintain consistent stakeholder communication through formal reporting and meetings
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and international settings while coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exhibit strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities in managing startups throughout incubation and acceleration phases and ensuring alignment with program goals
