Tahaluf is rewriting the events playbook, scaling rapidly to become the largest B2B Live and On Demand Events organiser in Saudi Arabia. The Senior Analytics Lead role is central to driving data-informed marketing strategies by developing advanced analytics frameworks, ensuring high-quality insights, and supporting the marketing function to maximize performance across campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Analytics Manager.
- Develop and implement analytics reports for the marketing managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and analytical needs.
- Design, execute, and interpret data analyses using statistical methods and tools.
- Provide actionable insights through data visualization and storytelling.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytical technologies.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Work with the wider marketing team to ensure successful delivery of marketing analytics reports in line with agreed KPIs, event and divisional strategy.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in marketing analytics and data science.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as data vendors and agencies.
- Monitor campaign performances by producing relevant and timely reports.
- Recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Share relevant insights with wider marketing team and senior management to drive revenues or pursue new opportunities.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns are tracked accurately and in accordance with the teamās KPIs.
- Work with marketers to identify the target universe and key segments within the target universe.
- Assist with the development of personas, value propositions and messaging for each of the key segments for each product.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in analytics.
- Bachelorās Degree or equivalent experience.
- Thorough understanding and experience of digital (PPC, SEO, online advertising) and direct marketing.
- Database development and growth including segmentation/advanced targeting.
- Building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Analytical and questioning mindset.
- Significant exposure to design and print suppliers/agencies.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Deadline and target driven.
- Experience of working in a pressurised environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Technology savvy with the ability to quickly adopt and work with new technology solutions.
- Experience using marketing automation technology for analytics automation (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with Google Big Query or equivalent.
- Experience of marketing analytics and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe or others).
- Formal business/marketing higher education qualification.
- Experience using Eloqua and/or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Events marketing experience.
