Job description
ROSHN, a Public Investment Fund–backed national real estate developer, is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance brand recognition, and support Saudi Vision 2030. The role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing including brand management, campaigns, digital engagement, PR, and on-ground activations. The Senior Director will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with business goals while managing cross-functional teams, external agencies, and board-level communications. The position requires extensive experience in enterprise-level brand strategy, proven success in B2C leadership, and working knowledge of B2B and B2G communications.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports organizational goals
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and coaching to achieve targets
- Lead brand-building initiatives to elevate recognition, equity, and trust
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the board on reputation and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and growth opportunities
- Define and manage the organization’s brand strategy with consistent alignment across efforts
- Oversee execution of campaigns including advertising, content, social media, email, and promotions
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies using data and metrics
- Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to maximize marketing investments
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices
- Represent the organization in public forums, conferences, and events to build awareness
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive marketing/communications leadership, including 5+ years in senior executive roles
- Strong B2C leadership with working knowledge of B2B and B2G including partner programs and tenders
- Proven success in leading enterprise-level brand strategy and communications
- Experience working with board-level executives and external stakeholders
- Experience in Real Estate, FMCG, Government (Giga/sovereign ecosystem), or large-scale national projects
- Extensive knowledge of branding, market research, digital marketing, advertising, and PR
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact in growth, brand value, and stakeholder trust
