Job description
Shiji, a global IT solutions provider for the hospitality, food service, and retail sectors, is seeking a Saudi national to join their expanding Middle East team as an Office Administrator based in Riyadh. This role offers the opportunity to support cross-functional administrative and compliance tasks for Shijiās regional operations and coordinate with clients, partners, and government entities in Saudi Arabia. The Office Administrator will serve as a liaison between Shiji Middle East and the broader regional team, ensuring seamless back-office processes, events coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and liaise with Shiji Middle East teams.
- Oversee general administrative duties, office supplies, and vendor management.
- Support KSA company registration and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide HR administrative support during employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage relationships and interactions with government bodies, banks, and corporate registries.
- Maintain and update internal company databases and records accurately.
- Coordinate logistics and planning for local and regional events.
- Liaise with clients and dealers in Saudi Arabia to support business operations.
- Ensure communication and compliance across internal departments and external stakeholders.
Experience & skills
- Saudi national.
- 1ā5 years of experience in administrative roles or office management.
- Familiarity with Saudi Labour Law and general business compliance regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally and be on-call after hours when required.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Capable of handling confidential information and managing sensitive processes.
