Job description
The Product Manager Intern role at Amazon Middle East and North Africa supports Amazon’s mission to be the most customer-centric company on earth by working at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and business strategy. The intern supports core business teams across Retail, Amazon Advertising, and Merchant Services. In Retail, the role involves gaining a deep understanding of Amazon’s e-commerce operations, working alongside Vendor Managers to grow strategic brands across key product categories such as fashion, electronics, and grocery, analyzing customer and category data to identify performance improvements, and supporting cross-functional teams including in-stock, marketing, and supply chain. In Amazon Advertising, the role includes learning how display advertising integrates into the customer shopping experience, assisting account managers in creating data-driven and client-ready proposals, understanding Amazon’s advertising portfolio, and contributing to custom campaign opportunities. Within Merchant Services, the intern supports third-party sellers using Amazon’s marketplace and service tools, builds market intelligence to identify target sellers and growth opportunities, and collaborates with account managers to drive seller engagement and performance. The role also includes cross-functional projects focused on identifying customer pain points, suggesting enhancements to products, tools, or processes, and working with product, category, and technical teams to implement changes. The internship provides real-world experience within Amazon’s fast-paced environment and supports the delivery of new business growth across Amazon’s third-party merchants, with potential consideration for a graduate role upon successful completion.

Key responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of Amazon’s e-commerce operations and support core Retail business activities
- Work alongside Vendor Managers to grow strategic brands across key product categories including fashion, electronics, and grocery
- Analyze customer and category data to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Support cross-functional teams such as in-stock, marketing, and supply chain in delivering business objectives
- Assist account managers in Amazon Advertising by creating data-driven, client-ready proposals and supporting custom campaign opportunities

Experience & skills
- Hold legal right to work in the United Arab Emirates
- Be currently enrolled in or due to receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between June 2027 and December 2028
- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, e-commerce, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or a related field
- Demonstrate high proficiency in written and verbal English
- Be a UAE National with a Family Book
