Job description
The Senior Partner Marketing Lead – Middle East role at Adobe is a strategic regional position responsible for driving partner-led growth across the Middle East, with a strong focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while also covering the UAE and Qatar. The role plans and executes integrated co-marketing programs with strategic partners to accelerate pipeline generation, expand Adobe’s market presence, and engage enterprise customers. Operating autonomously in a highly strategic and fast-growing market, the role requires deep understanding of the regional partner ecosystem, strong execution capability across digital campaigns, account-based initiatives, webinars, and large-scale events, as well as close collaboration with partner sales, regional marketing, and agency teams. The position also owns marketing budget planning, business case development, compliance, ROI measurement, and performance reporting, while representing Adobe Marketing in partner planning sessions and regional leadership discussions.

Key responsibilities
- Build and execute joint marketing plans with partners across KSA, UAE, and Qatar to drive pipeline growth
- Plan and deliver integrated partner campaigns including digital programs, webinars, account-based initiatives, and customer-facing experiences
- Lead execution of flagship partner events such as Seamless KSA, LEAP, WebSummit Qatar, and Adobe-hosted forums
- Manage end-to-end marketing budget planning including business cases, approvals, compliance, and reporting
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Partner Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to align GTM strategy and revenue targets
- Strengthen partner readiness through marketing enablement, messaging frameworks, and toolkits
- Manage and coordinate regional agencies for event operations and campaign execution
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign and program performance to optimize future investments
- Represent Adobe Marketing in partner planning sessions, sales alignment meetings, and leadership forums
- Support enterprise customer engagement through partner-led marketing initiatives
Experience & skills
- Possess 6+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing within enterprise technology environments
- Demonstrate experience in SaaS, Martech, or Digital Experience platforms
- Exhibit strong understanding of KSA, UAE, and/or Qatar markets and regional partner ecosystems
- Show proven ability to deliver integrated marketing programs and high-impact events
- Demonstrate experience managing marketing budgets, pipeline-driven marketing, and ROI analysis
- Exhibit strong project management, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Be based in Riyadh with ability to travel within the Middle East region
- Demonstrate comfort working autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Arabic language skills advantageous but not required
