Job description
Responsible for promoting registered oncology products across public and private healthcare institutions in Kuwait. Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and key stakeholders to maximize product awareness, demand, and market share. Ensure continuous product availability in target institutions while complying with all company and regulatory guidelines. Conduct customer segmentation and maintain accurate CRM records to understand and meet customer needs. Stay current with clinical data, disease area knowledge, and competitor information to inform sales strategy. Support brand strategy by identifying business opportunities, monitoring market dynamics, and conducting competitive intelligence. Participate in the planning and execution of promotional and educational events, including group meetings, symposia, and conferences. Ensure compliance with local laws, corporate policies, and pharmacovigilance reporting requirements. Serve as a trusted resource and strategic partner for healthcare professionals to drive oncology product adoption and enhance patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities
- Maximize sales and market share for oncology products within the assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company’s healthcare compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate customer coverage and CRM reporting to meet company policy guidelines
- Conduct customer segmentation to optimize engagement frequency and tools for target healthcare professionals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease areas, product information, clinical data, and competitor activities
- Present clinical and product information to healthcare professionals through one-on-one or group meetings
- Support brand strategy and identify new business opportunities through market and competitive analysis
- Develop and enhance contact network with leading specialists and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Organize and participate in promotional and educational events for healthcare professionals
- Report adverse events and product quality complaints in accordance with pharmacovigilance guidelines
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within Kuwait
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or pharmacy field
- Experience in oncology preferred
- Proven ability to work successfully in complex cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
- Analytical and conceptual skills with strategic thinking capability
- Understanding of regulatory compliance, including HCBI, FCPA, and PBC guidelines
- Proactive, customer-centric approach with ability to develop partnerships and relationships with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of sales channels, sales trend analysis, and strategic sales planning
