Job description

In this role you will act as a Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META region) focused Business Development Manager for ByteDance's Global Payment Network Business Development team, contributing to the payment network's continued success worldwide. You will play an integral role in driving key regional business development targets in the META region while liaising and building strong connections with the META region BD team and other cross-functional teams. You will act as a primary contact point in the META region for channel partnership development, and you are responsible for developing regional payment strategies for business growth, cost reduction, and risk management in key markets including Turkey, KSA, UAE, and other GCC countries. Your responsibilities include ensuring excellent communication and internal coordination to roll out new services and enhance partnerships, taking into account market specificity such as regulation and competition. You will work closely with regional teams to understand local needs and proactively work on solutions to support business growth, and you are responsible for liaising with HQ teams on commercial strategy, product development, risk management, and other initiatives. In this role you will conduct regular industry analysis and business intelligence research to inform strategic decision-making.
