The Health and Life Sciences (HLS) practice at Oliver Wyman partners with leading healthcare stakeholders to bridge the gap between current operations and future vision. The firm aims to transform healthcare by creating strategic insights and meaningful client impact. The HLS team is expanding rapidly, especially within Life Sciences, and is looking for experienced professionals in commercial strategy, operations improvement, and digital technology across pharmaceuticals, MedTech, and biotech sectors.

Key responsibilities
- Managing the execution of individual project workstreams including hypothesis development, research, and analyses
- Synthesizing findings into client-ready presentations and reports
- Supporting project delivery by ensuring high-quality execution
- Reporting to Engagement Managers and Principals and seeking senior guidance when needed
- Coaching and developing junior consultants
- Driving delivery of client engagements as an Engagement Manager
- Maintaining and growing senior-level client relationships
- Developing intellectual capital and thought leadership within the firm
- Managing and mentoring consulting teams during engagements
- Aligning project delivery with client strategic direction
- Supporting business development and expansion efforts in the region
Experience & skills
- 4–7 years of relevant experience (Associate), more for Engagement Manager level
- Experience with top-tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in health-related topics or life sciences
- Experience in managing consulting teams and delivering results under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic institution
- MD or clinical degree is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English required
- Fluency in Arabic preferred
