Job description
The MOHRE Direct Sales Executive is responsible for driving direct sales and promoting du products through effective demonstrations, customer engagement, and relationship management. The role involves sourcing new sales opportunities, managing marketing budgets, and ensuring optimal execution of retail expansion projects. The position requires a strong understanding of telecom retail strategies, budget optimization, and partner relationship management to drive growth in alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate and explain products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase or utilize services
- Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers to source new sales opportunities
- Create a positive brand image and lead consumers to use du products
- Ensure optimal budget utilization aligned with product strategy for the channel
- Reduce and optimize yearly marketing and branding spends
- Establish and develop effective working relationships with key internal and external customers
- Ensure strong networking and relationship management within partner/account organizations
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in channel expansion, rollout, or project implementation in the telecom industry
- Strong understanding of retail expansion projects
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in MS Project
