Job description
Roughly 70% of the week goes on payroll and the other 30% on Employee Services and Data Management, though the balance can shift with regional needs. This Regional HR & Payroll Specialist sits in TechnipFMC's APAC and Middle East People & Culture Shared Services team in Dhahran, with Saudi Arabia as the primary country of accountability. End-to-end payroll runs through internal systems or external vendors, and every cycle has to meet local labour law, tax and social security requirements. Statutory filings are due monthly, quarterly and annually, and expatriate tax computations are handled with the Mobility team and external tax agencies. Saudi-specific work includes Arabic correspondence, bank letters and GOSI coordination. GL reports, finance payment requests and audit documentation also come from you, and HR and payroll queries arrive through a ticketing system with defined SLAs. System migrations bring UAT, testing and Go-Live support into the mix. At least 2 years of multi-country payroll experience across APAC and the Middle East is required, with strong Saudi Arabia payroll expertise. SAP SuccessFactors or ADP Workforce Time experience, and a background in shared services and payroll vendor management, are a plus.
