Job description
The Associate - Social & Digital Producer at Analog will support the operational execution of the company's digital presence, including social media platforms, website content, and marketing coordination. This mid-level digital marketing role focuses on implementing and optimizing scheduled content, managing technical social media operations, executing paid campaigns, updating CMS content, and producing regular reporting. Responsibilities include publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X; managing assets and captions; running analytics reports; maintaining SEO; auditing CMS links; and managing vendor coordination for marketing deliverables. The role requires hands-on expertise with social media tools like Later or Hootsuite, familiarity with analytics tools and platforms, and a meticulous approach to execution and optimization in a fast-paced, globally-minded environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, skilled in scheduling, formatting, and file management, and have a working knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms, and basic design tools like Canva.

Key responsibilities
- Manage brand accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube for social media scheduling and optimization
- Format and prepare social media assets (video, image, captions, hashtags, subtitles)
- Schedule posts using Later, Hootsuite, or native platform tools, targeting optimal time zones
- Implement paid social campaigns and monitor performance
- Track engagement and escalate user messages when needed
- Update website CMS content, job postings, videos, and links
- Conduct SEO enhancements and web audits for accuracy and performance
- Maintain unified analytics across web and social platforms and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate marketing logistics with agencies and partners, including shipments and payments
- Manage marketing content calendars and organize digital assets on OneDrive and Notion
- Format presentations and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Support the CMO with dashboard creation, team communications, and reporting insights
Experience & skills
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media operations
- Proven track record managing brand accounts across major platforms
- Proficiency with scheduling tools like Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, ad systems, and SEO
- Experience with CMS maintenance and website analytics tools
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and coordinate with global vendors
- Familiarity with file management tools like OneDrive and Notion
- Basic design tool proficiency (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)
- Bonus: experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, basic HTML, or AI search tools
