Job description
The Manager Marketing - Media & Trade Planning will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel, cross-channel media strategy that aligns with business objectives across the UAE and potentially regional markets. The role includes managing both online and offline media efforts to ensure a cohesive customer journey and brand storytelling. The position involves owning the integrated marketing strategy, leading regional media planning and buying, and driving cross-functional collaboration with media agencies, internal stakeholders, and local marketing teams. The role also includes performance monitoring, market trend analysis, innovation in media formats, and optimizing campaign efficiency. Strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and expertise in brand and performance marketing are essential.

Key responsibilities
- Develop a full-funnel strategic marketing mix covering ATL, digital, social, influencer, and experiential channels
- Implement go-to-market plans for brand campaigns across all media types
- Maintain a synchronized calendar of integrated campaigns in collaboration with local marketing teams
- Lead regional media planning and buying across offline, digital, and hybrid channels
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all media touchpoints for an omnichannel experience
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align brand plans and budgets
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and channel innovations
- Manage media partner pitches and onboarding across digital, offline, and experiential formats
- Pilot innovative media formats and data-driven strategies for improved engagement and conversion
Experience & skills
- 7+ years of experience in brand/media planning across online and offline channels
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance data for planning
- Experience in central or regional marketing teams with multi-country reporting responsibilities
- Ability to adapt in a challenging, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and logical thinking capabilities
- Organized with strong planning skills
- Clear and concise communication with stakeholders
- Proficient Excel skills
