Job description
Kibsons is a fast-growing UAE-based e-commerce company specializing in grocery delivery, focusing on meeting the day-to-day grocery needs of consumers while maintaining a strong commitment to service excellence. The Director of Operations will be responsible for leading the Operations Department, driving company growth, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strategic oversight of business operations, operational analytics, inventory management, supply chain coordination, vendor management, and team leadership. The position demands familiarity with performance metrics, operational KPIs, project management methodologies, financial planning, CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The role operates in a high-growth, innovative, entrepreneurial, and future-oriented environment, with accountability for business performance and execution of strategic initiatives.

- Lead the Operations Department to achieve growth targets and optimize operational processes across the company
- Drive operational excellence by implementing performance metrics, process improvements, and service standards to ensure high-quality customer experiences

Experience & skills
- Demonstrated experience in Operations Management, preferably in grocery e-commerce or retail environments

- Experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and project management in a high-growth environment
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Familiarity with digital tools, e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, and operational analytics
