Job description
The Director of Value Creation will serve as a strategic SME in managing the Group’s post-M&A value creation initiatives, with strong emphasis on high-impact material transactions and synergy opportunities. The role involves driving operational integration, monitoring financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and enabling transformation initiatives across the organization. The position reports to senior leadership and is integral to enhancing both immediate and long-term ROI through strategic execution and governance.

Key responsibilities
- Support implementation of the Value Creation Team's mandate and realize operational and synergy objectives throughout post-M&A activities.
- Assist in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of M&A transactions, maximizing value creation and mitigating integration risks.
- Monitor and report financial and operational performance of acquired entities to senior leadership including Group CXOs, Vertical CEOs, and GCEO.
- Align performance reporting with Group Finance and Corporate Business Performance to track synergies against due diligence targets and KPIs.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure timely execution and operational assurance across stakeholders including M&A and Group Finance teams.
- Facilitate communication between Value Creation Team and leadership with actionable insights on project progress and issues.
- Drive ideation and identification of value levers beyond financial metrics and collaborate with verticals to prioritize high-value initiatives.
- Participate early in M&A deal lifecycles to align synergy and value realization plans with strategic objectives.
- Contribute to business cases, feasibility studies, and integration frameworks to support post-acquisition execution.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across teams and interacting functions.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Strategy, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in value creation, M&A integration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in telecom network planning and operations.
- Proven ability to drive results in post-M&A and transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, governance, and reporting experience.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
